I've been absent for many months. Knee deep, tending to other people's gardens of internet business.
Now its time to tend to my business garden again. And boy, the weeds have grown tall. I'm not going to till the whole thing under - just clean up and restart the seeds again.
How's your business garden growing? Do you have weeding (clients, products and vendors that just aren't working for you), fertilizing (feeding your funnel with prospecting methods), propogating (referrals from existing clients)?
As a consultant I frequently spend so much time on other people's gardens, mine begins to look a little seedy. So its time for a bit of cleanup.
