Many years ago I read an excellent book in the One Minute Manager series, One Page Management. I used its principles on a project I was working on at the time to communicate the most important statistics about the project to higher level management.
Looking back on it, I remember how everyone thought how unique it was, a single page of information that conveyed the current status of the project. I've since continued that approach in an automated fashion with a project homepage that communicates the three most important statuses on the project at a given moment.
Now I'm applying the same principles to a marketing plan, but I could use some extra brain power. Anyone care to comment on the viability of a one page marketing plan?
